The honest version

Yes, it ships from India.
No, you won't get a customs bill.

This is the question every customer wants answered before they order from another continent, so here is the whole mechanism — what we pay, what you pay, and what happens if anything goes wrong.

You pay

One price, at checkout

The figure on the product page includes the mural, express delivery, all import duty and destination VAT. Nothing is added later, at the border or at the door.

We pay

Duty, VAT and the paperwork

We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Our courier account is billed for import charges, and our UK VAT and EU IOSS registrations settle the tax. You never see a broker.

If it goes wrong

We reprint, we reship

Print fault, transit damage or a panel that won't match: photograph it, and a replacement is produced free. We don't ask you to return a hung mural.

Why so fast from so far

Because nothing sits in a warehouse. Your mural doesn't exist until you order it, so there's no stock to pick, no distribution centre to route through and no retailer in the middle. It goes press → QC bench → courier, usually within 48 hours, then flies.

A European printer beats us by two or three days. They don't beat us on price, and they can't offer designs drawn in the tradition they come from.

Returns, honestly

Made-to-measure goods are exempt from distance-selling withdrawal rights in the UK and EU — a mural cut to your wall can't be resold, and any seller claiming otherwise is quietly pricing that risk into your order.

So we do the opposite: cheap samples so you're sure before you buy, a visual proof on custom work, and a no-argument reprint if the fault is ours. That's a better deal than a returns policy you'd have to pay for in every price.

Delivery questions we actually get asked

Will the courier ask me for money?

No. DDP means charges are billed to our account before the parcel moves. If any courier ever asks you for a payment, refuse it, send us the reference and we'll settle it — and you keep the mural.

How is it packed?

Panels are rolled face-in on a rigid core, wrapped, then sealed in a crush-resistant tube with end caps. We ship thousands and transit damage runs under 1% — but it's covered when it happens.

Can I get it faster?

Priority production (same-day print) plus express is usually 5–6 days to the UK. Ask before ordering and we'll confirm the date in writing rather than guess.

Do you deliver to site?

Yes — trade orders can be scheduled to a site address with a delivery window, and 50 m²+ projects ship consolidated on cargo rather than parcel rates.
